Indonesia: Death toll rises to 38 after a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Flores.
The powerful quake was followed by dozens of aftershocks, as rescue teams continued efforts to reach the worst-hit areas.
Tsunami waves measuring less than one metre were reported in several parts of the country as well. The tsunami alert was withdrawn around three hours after the earthquake.
