Veteran BJP leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani hoisted the National Flag at his residence on Saturday on the occasion of India’s 80th Independence Day.
The 98-year-old Advani unfurled the Tricolour in the presence of close family members and staff. He has been hoisting the national flag at his residence on Independence Day for several years.
