Common Headache Patterns!

Not every headache feels the same. Tension headaches often feel like pressure or tightness, while migraine commonly causes moderate-to-severe throbbing pain and may come with nausea or sensitivity to light and sound.

Sinus inflammation can cause facial pressure, and dehydration may also trigger headaches.

Rest, hydration and appropriate hot or cold packs may help depending on the cause. Seek medical attention for a sudden extremely severe headache or one accompanied by weakness, confusion, fainting, fever or other concerning symptoms.
