Court Reserves Order on Plea to make Jacqueline Fernandez Accused in MCOCA Case!

Legal trouble mounts for Jacqueline Fernandez in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case.

Hearing completed at Rouse Avenue Court on plea seeking to make her an accused in the MCOCA extortion case related to Sukesh Chandrashekhar, order reserved.

Jacqueline is not yet an accused in MCOCA case, but charges were framed against her in the money laundering case in May 2026. The court had sought a reply from Delhi Police’s EOW on September 7.
