Disha Salian’s father Satish Salian’s lawyer Nilesh Ojha has made serious claims again regarding the Disha Salian death case.He claimed that a pen drive in his possession contains the statement of an eyewitness. Ojha said that this witness claimed to have seen Aditya Thackeray, Suraj Pancholi and Dino Morea involved in Disha’s alleged gang-rape and murder. He also claimed that the witness talked about attempts to suppress the case with the connivance of the police.
Ojha said the pen drive also mentions his witness and allegedly states that the witness should be called to take necessary information and evidence. According to Ojha, this process has already been completed. He says the pen drive contains more evidence related to the case.
Lawyer Nilesh also mentioned a witness named Naved Mujawar. In court, this witness had claimed that he saw Disha falling from the building. Ojha said Naved had claimed that Disha fell in front of him around 1 PM. After that, he went to call the police and returned with them around 1:15 PM. He also said that when he returned, there was no security guard present.
According to the witness, Disha was wearing a red t-shirt and cream-coloured pants. However, Ojha claims CCTV footage shows a different picture from this statement. According to him, the footage shows police reaching the spot at around 12:30 PM itself.
Ojha also referred to a recorded statement of Naved Mujawar given to the CBI. He said in this statement the time of the incident was stated to be between 12:30 to 12:40 PM. He claimed that different information about Disha’s clothes also came to light in this statement.
According to the lawyer, in the recorded statement Naved allegedly said that Disha was not wearing a red t-shirt and cream pants, but a grey nightgown.Ojha has also claimed that there is a connection between Naved Mujawar and Aslam Shaikh. He said he has requested the CBI to also investigate Aslam Shaikh’s role in this matter.
The Disha Salian death case has been in discussion for a long time. Different claims and investigation-related aspects have been coming to light in this case. The confirmation of these claims made by lawyer Nilesh Ojha will only come from the final findings of the concerned investigating agencies or the court.
