Delhi University has announced Financial Support Scheme (FSS) 2026-27 for low-income students. Under the scheme by Dean of Students Welfare (DSW), students with annual family income of Rs 0-4,00,000 will get 100% fee waiver up to Rs 15,000, while those with income Rs 4,00,001 to 8,00,000 will get 50% waiver up to Rs 10,000.Eligible: Full-time UG/PG students of DU Departments, Institutes and Centres.
Not eligible: SOL, NCWEB, Constituent Colleges, BTech (except CIC) and 5-year Law program students. Students with Essential Repeat (ER) in last exam also not eligible.Documents required: Income/EWS/OBC-NCL certificate, family members’ ITR, PAN cards, undertaking form, bonafide certificate, latest fee receipt, previous marksheet, student bank passbook/cancelled cheque.How to Apply: Visit DU/DSW official website, click on Financial Support Scheme 2026-27 notification, fill online form and upload documents.
