MK Stalin’s Statement on the Gem Veeramani Case

DMK President and Tamil Nadu Former Chief Minister MK Stalin has stated that everyone involved in the case against Gem Veeramani, including those who allegedly supported or attempted to protect him, must face legal action regardless of their position.

He said that no one should be protected and that those found guilty should receive the maximum punishment under the law.

Stalin also rejected allegations that the DMK government had issued any instructions to protect anyone in the case, describing such claims as politically motivated.

He further said that the suffering of the affected minor girls should not be used for electoral politics, and emphasized that ensuring justice for the victims should be the priority.

Looks like the cries of the minor girls have only now reached the father’s ears. After several pieces of evidence emerged today, he is trying to escape by claiming that he has nothing to do with this. After a series of IAS officers were stopped, he seems to have panicked and issued a statement.
