What will they get?
3% increased Dearness Allowance (DA) & DR – applicable from July Bonus of Rs 3,400 to Rs 7,000 for non-gazetted employees
Honorarium hike for 2.70 lakh outsourced staff –
Category 1: Rs 40,000,
Category 2: Rs 25,000,
Category 3: Rs 22,000,
Category 4: Rs 20,000
Increased salary for October + Bonus to be paid in NovemberWomen employees to get 180 days maternity leave as well.
