Lubna Khan, a widow from Nawabkhel locality under Saray Tareen, Hayatnagar, said she feels unsafe due to a property dispute after her husband Nafeesuddin’s death.
She alleged that her late husband’s nephews, Salauddin and Mohsin, are harassing her and pressuring her to vacate the house which is in her husband’s name.
Fearing for her life, she has submitted an application to the Superintendent of Police (SP) seeking security and demanding a fair investigation with a government lawyer.
In her plea, she stated that if anything untoward happens to her, her house should be transferred to the Pakke Bagh Pataleshwar Mahadev Mandir.
The video of her statement is now circulating widely on social media, sparking intense discussion in the district.
