Vellore DMK councillor Deeta Saravanan, who allegedly spoke about eliminating Vijay in Karur, has been arrested in Villupuram.
After reportedly misleading investigators by pretending to travel to Bengaluru, he was found hiding in Villupuram.
Police had registered a case under four sections and formed three special teams to track him down.
