Delhi HC issues notice to Salman Khan on Producer’s Plea to halt suit over ‘Kala Hiran’ film!

The Delhi High Court issued a notice to actor Salman Khan following a plea by producer Amit Jani to stay Khan’s personality rights suit against the upcoming film Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy.

The producer argued that similar prayers are already pending in a previous case. Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani directed Khan’s legal team to respond, scheduling the next hearing for December 16.
