Former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya has filed a complaint with the Mumbai Police, raising questions about actor Imran Khan’s citizenship. Somaiya claims that Imran Khan is a US citizen and holds an American passport.
Imran Khan, nephew of actor Aamir Khan, took part in a protest in support of CJP at Mumbai’s August Kranti Maidan on October 10. He was detained by the police during the demonstration, where protesters demanded the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
