Simple Habits for better Oral Health!

Fresh breath begins with healthy oral hygiene! Bad breath can develop when bacteria accumulate in the mouth, especially on the tongue, between teeth, and around the gums. Food particles, dry mouth, and gum problems can also contribute.
Brush twice daily for two minutes using fluoride toothpaste. Clean between your teeth every day with floss or interdental brushes to remove plaque and trapped food. Gently cleaning your tongue can also help reduce odor-causing bacteria.
Drinking enough water helps prevent dry mouth, which may contribute to unpleasant breath. Limit tobacco use and maintain regular dental visits to help detect cavities, gum disease, and other oral health problems early.
If bad breath continues despite good oral hygiene, consult a dentist or healthcare professional. Persistent odor can sometimes be associated with dry mouth, gum disease, or other medical conditions. Small, consistent habits can help keep your mouth cleaner and your breath fresher every day!
