Nana Patekar’s Son Malhar Breaks Silence on Tanushree Dutta’s Remarks, Says “Joh Sach Hai Wahi Rahega”!

Nana Patekar’s son Malhar Patekar has responded to actor Tanushree Dutta’s recent remarks about his late father, stating that the legal case involving the s3xual har@ssment allegations had already concluded. Speaking to Hindustan Times without naming Tanushree directly, Malhar said, “Judiciary se clear hua hain, case khatam ho chuka; phir bhi bol rahe,” adding, “Joh sach hai wahi rahega, Bhagwan unka bhala kare.” Tanushree had accused Nana of s3xual har@ssment during the filming of Horn ‘Ok’ Pleassss, bringing the allegations back into public discussion during India’s #MeToo movement in 2018.
Mumbai Police filed a closure report in 2019, citing insufficient evidence to prosecute the actor. The renewed controversy followed Nana’s passing on October 8, 2026, when Tanushree made further remarks about him and questioned aspects of the circumstances surrounding his death. Her claims about his death have not been substantiated. Malhar has chosen not to address her allegations individually, instead emphasising that the legal proceedings had reached their conclusion.
