PM Modi calls Pawan Kalyan ‘widely respected’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended birthday greetings to Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan on Wednesday, describing him as “widely respected” among the people.

Modi praised Kalyan’s role in advancing the NDA government’s good governance agenda in Andhra Pradesh and wished him a long and healthy life in public service.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu also sent birthday wishes to the Jana Sena Party chief. Naidu highlighted Kalyan’s work in areas including Panchayati Raj, rural development and tribal welfare.

Kalyan, who turned 55, responded to Modi’s message by expressing gratitude and saying the Prime Minister’s encouragement strengthened his resolve to serve the people of Andhra Pradesh.
