Government has sanctioned 36,000 crore rupees to build a robust sports ecosystem!

Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya has said the central government has sanctioned 36,000 crore rupees to build a robust sports ecosystem and infrastructure across the country.

At IIT Gandhinagar in Palaj, Dr Mandaviya emphasised that this fund will be utilised to establish sports academies, promote a vibrant sports culture, and strengthen infrastructure across the country, ensuring that talented athletes from both rural and urban areas get opportunities to compete on global platforms.
