Chief Minister Vijay visited Rippon Building and praised ministers and officials for their swift response to last night’s heavy rainfall.
He reviewed the rain dashboard, CCTV footage of major roads and subways, and the on-ground relief operations.
Recognising the hard work of officials publicly is a powerful gesture of leadership that boosts morale and motivates teams to perform better!
True leadership means not just giving directions, but also appreciating those who deliver!
