Actor Nimrat Kaur has opened up about her experience working with Amitabh Bachchan, recalling how the legendary actor’s approachable nature, openness and ease on set left a lasting impression on her.In an interview with ANI, Nimrat spoke about her first day working with Bachchan and said she wanted to remember the moment because of his stature and legacy in Hindi cinema.
“I just recall that I was telling myself that just never forget this first day of this film because it’s not going to come again. Because the first day of a film you’ve done for the first time with an actor of his stature and just the enigma that he is, I’ll never forget that,” she said.Reflecting on Big B’s presence, Nimrat added, “This is like literally Hindi cinema, history, present, everything just walking in front of you.”
However, she said the experience of actually working with him was far more comfortable than she might have expected.“Once you get over the idea of someone as large a personality as Mr. Bachchan being on set you so quickly see how easy and how comfortable he is actually and how happy he is to be interacting with new people, new talent and that was such a big life lesson,” Nimrat said.
