Dark circles aren’t always a sign that you need more sleep!

We often blame late nights and screen time when the real reason can be something completely different. Dark circles may be influenced by genetics, dehydration, allergies, aging, or low iron levels, among other factors.
The skin around our eyes is especially thin, so changes in blood vessels, pigmentation, and hydration can become more noticeable there. That’s why simply applying another eye cream may not always solve the problem.
If you’re getting enough rest but dark circles continue to appear, it may be worth paying attention to your overall health and discussing persistent symptoms with a healthcare professional.
Good sleep matters—but understanding the cause matters too!
